Privacy Policy

ACP values your privacy and does not seek nor accept personal information from our volunteer mentors other than what they might share publicly on social media such as name of employer, their title and often a photograph. The information is utilized for the purposes of pairing Mentors and Proteges.

Other data we often receive are work email addresses and office or cell phone numbers and office addresses. ACP’s staff is trained to consider all information received by our veterans and mentor applicants as confidential and information is only available with the participants prior permission and is only provided to the veteran who they may be paired with.

ACP does not share, sell or rent information about our participants or donors to any persons or groups.

All ACP staff are informed that any violation of privacy, including transmittal of any information which may be deemed confidential, will be grounds for automatic dismissal from the organization.
